AGE DEFINITIONS FOR OBA
The age groupings the OBA uses include the next calendar year since seasons cross two years normally. So the max age of a player for a club team is as of December 31st the next  year, not the current year. Simply subtract 6 from the UXX number and that is the grade level for that club team. 
So U10 = grade 4, U11 = grade 5, U12 = grade 6, U13 = grade 7, etc.
